Car Spawner pour GTA IV
15 11 2010Si comme moi vous jouez à GTA4, et ça vous gave de devoir à attendre dans la rue pour chopper une caisse pourrie, ou encore prendre le taxi, alors ce qu’il vous faut, c’est un Car Spawner !
Il s’agit d’un petit utilitaire qui permet de faire apparaître le véhicule de votre choix, n’importe ou et à n’importe quel moment dans le jeu, même dans votre appart de Northwood :
Alors pour faire fonctionner cette petite merde sur GTA4 c’est un peu plus difficile que sur les opus précédents (sur San Andreas c’était très simple, il suffisait de lancer le Car Spawner en même temps que le jeu, nostalgie…).
Pour commencer, téléchargez les 2 fichiers dont vous aurez besoin :
- CarSpawner In-Game Menu Version 2.2 (le Car Spawner)
- GTA IV ASI Loader (1.0.2.0b) (c’est du Russe mais personne n’est parfait
)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV
Il s’agit en fait d’un petit “hack” du jeu qui permet derrière de faire fonctionner toute sorte de scripts ASI (dont un Car Spanwer par exemple, mais l’imagination des moddeur va bien plus loin).
Deuxième opération, ouvrir le zip du Car Spawner que vous venez de télécharger, et extraire ces 4 fichiers dans le dossier d’installation de GTA :
- ScriptHook.dll
- trainer.ini
- Trainer.asi

Pour régler ce problème il suffit de faire clic droit sur LaunchGTAIV.exe, onglet Compatibilité, cocher la case Exécuter ce programme en tant qu’administrateur (c’est parce que le programme a besoin des droits en écriture pour écrire les fichiers de log des scripts ASI, et il ne possède ces droits qu’en mode administrateur).
Et là le jeu devient tout de suite plus fun.
Astuce du chef :
Comme il n’y a pas de parachute dans la version de base de GTA4, quand vous faites un vol plané ou que vous voulez sauter de votre hélico en marche sans vous exploser mémorablement la gueule sur madison ave, vous pouvez spwner une voiture en vol, et vous en servir pour amortir le choc et ne pas perdre de vie.
